Hi! I’m Courtney, a Registered Dietitian based in Denver, CO. My usual weekday is spent at my clinical job, but my weekends are often filled with mountain time. Immersing myself in nature has always been a part of my self-care routine, and over the years I've learned how to incorporate my love for nutrition into my love for the outdoors.
For my mountain athletes: So often we under fuel during hikes and ski touring efforts, and especially so when we do multi-day trips. One of my goals is to help individuals stay energized to perform at their best, help to prevent injuries, and keep the “type 2 fun” fun!
For everyone: Nutrition strategies aren't just for the select few, they are for all people. Learning how to fuel starts at the kitchen table but extends to all corners of life. At Trail & Table, we believe in nourishing mind, body and soul for a long and happy life. Nutrition isn't black and white, and while that can seem stressful, there's beauty in the flexibility.
